Q: I've lost some or all of my avatar! How do I recover it?

When you purchase an avatar, we keep a record of it on an external server. By doing this, we can then ensure that you don't have to pay for it a second time.

To recover some or all of your lost avatar, teleport to the region Aggro. Specifically, this SLurl will place you in front of the recovery sign: SLurl

The sign is found here:

Click on the sign, and you will either be automatically given the one avatar you purchased, or given the option to recover one or all of the avatars you purchased.

You may use the recovery sign as many times as you want.
